Message Roman Yudin % of the fee charge ($150) will be donated to JOE MERKLEY Story on incident: On January 23rd, 2020, my cousin, Joe Merkley Jr, was loading up a disabled vehicle on I-490 westbound near Chili, NY, when a dump truck who failed to move over and maintain their lane crossed the white line and struck the flatbed Joe was operating. Upon impact the dump truck, riding up the side of the tow truck, jolted the tow vehicle and caused it to strike Joe. Joe was immediately thrown from the force of the impact into the adjacent ditch. As Worker's Comp will only cover a percentage of Joe's lost wages, any money raised will be used towards bills and to help provide for his family while he's out of work. He is currently waiting to see an orthopedic surgeon and is, at present, on bed rest.
