Hi Everybody!! Since we have so many people out of town tomorrow, I've decided to only have the 10am class tomorrow. The 9:00am class will be cancelled. Come get your sweat on before you start your Memorial Day Weekend!! Reminder, there will be no class Monday night!

Let's start your Mother's Day weekend right! Come join me tomorrow at either 9:00 am or 10:00 am for a special Buffalo Fit Club class!!! A class devoted for all the mamas out there!
