Tear off old cedar shakes, install new shingles, and snow & ice barrier

Tear off existing decking, install new mahogany decking, with bullnose. Rebuild existing post bottoms with white oak. Install new Azek trim and vents

Took off existing deck, framed new porch and roof. Using trex decking, Azek trim, post sleeves, vinyl lattice, and vinyl railings.

Took out old sky lights, framed in new plwood, 3 layers in each of 2" rigid foam, installed 5 pieces of metal to cover over existing holes, and trimmed out as customer wanted.
