Best News Ever! EXCEPTIONAL Hardship waiver was GRANTED! --- If a Filipino teacher was previously married in PH then obatined divorce abroad can only apply for "exceptional" hardship so they can appoy for greencard without going back to PH. We got one today! We argued that the US citizen husband will undergo exceptional hardship if he will relocate to the Philippines because his father depends on him for day-to-day physical support, he will have difficulty finding gainful employment in PH in his profession, he doesn't speak the language, among others! CONGRATULATIONS guys! Get ready for our greencard interview!!!
