Major events from the past 77+ years: Moon landing, invention of the internet and, of course, Case Paper’s founding! Our branding may have changed, as you can tell from our take on the #HowItsGoingChallenge, but our steadfast commitment to being On the Case for our customers (and to taking pictures with our trucks, apparently) has stayed the same.

There were plenty of doubters and folks who said a skid of paperboard can’t possibly win a horse race, but we’re thrilled to announce our Stallion C2S paperboard has won the 100% real Harrison Derby! The Case Anniversary Record Box is continuing to get attention, as our friends at TPC Printing and Packaging have won a Gold Award in the Paperboard Packaging Council’s 2020 competition for their work printing the box. Congrats on the win, TPC, and thank you for bringing this project to life!

Fun Case fact: before they got into paper, our co-founders Irv and Oscar primarily worked as models for a construction equipment catalogue. Only jokingbut based on how sharp they look in this pic from our Long Island City groundbreaking back in 1958, that certainly could have been the case!

We spent quite a lot of time during quarantine playing paper football on our tabletopsnow that the real thing is back, maybe it’s time to finally try out to be a professional kicker. Good thing we’ve been practicing!

On this day in 1923, the Walt Disney company was founded, marking a new era for hand-drawn animation, and a great new use for paper! This would lead to many great characters and movies (that we can’t actually name for copyright reasons), like Michael Mouse, Ronald Duck, Snow Off-White and the 8 Leprechauns, and more!
