Have you written out New Year's Resolutions for 2021? As we head into a new year with new goals, try to be mindful when considering your resolutions. We have a few tips for you while you create your resolutions. Consider your intentions- what do you intend to do with each resolution? If one of your resolutions is- eating healthier- Do you want to eat healthier because you do not like the way you look or for health reasons? Consider what you want to get out of your resolution...s and why. Focus on the process. Instead of focusing on the end result, focus on the process. How are you going to eat healthier? Are you going to cook more in 2021? Do you plan to mix fitness in as well? Turn your hopes into action. Keep yourself accountable. What changes are you going to make in order to eat healthier? Will you eat three meals a day or six small meals? Figure out what works best for you. You are your biggest advocate and your best supporter. You are allowed to try new things and fail.
