Great News, Uptown Friends!

Today, with deep gratitude, I'm happy to announce that my buyer was able to close on her fantastic new home at 20 Plaza Street East in Prospect Heights. This deal was done half pre-lockdown and half post-lockdown. Despite everything it was mostly smooth, with a couple of hiccups along the way.
