It is a privilege to declare November 23rd as our ‘’Senator Schumer Day’’ for championing a bipartisan relief bill #saveyourcinema and #saveOurStages Act. Senator Schumer's leadership gives us hope for the future in this ongoing battle. Every year on November 23rd, all movies, all shows, all seats $7.00 with FREE Popcorn at Alpine theatre Brooklyn (1921), Cinemart Cinemas Queens (1927) and Cinema Village NYC (1964). Thank You @SenSchumer
We can slow the spread of COVID-19 by all doing our part. Wear a mask, stay 6 feet apart from others, and avoid indoor and crowded spaces. A new CDC MMWR report... finds that statewide mask mandates may be associated with declines in hospitalization growth rates among people ages 18-64. Take steps to protect yourself and others from COVID-19. bit.ly/MMWR2521b. See more
Dear Friends, As a national strategy for combating the COVID-19 pandemic continues to roll out, New York City welcomed news that vaccine supplies will increase by 30% starting next week. At the same time, the City continues to focus efforts on expanding vaccination hubs and continuing outreach to eligible New Yorkers. Eligible New Yorkers can find vaccination locations and make appointments online at vaccinefinder.nyc.gov or by calling 877-VAX4NYC for assistance in multiple ...languages. For the latest information, please consult the City’s Vaccine Command Center and continue to check the State's website for the full list of eligible groups. In the meantime, we must remain vigilant and keep doing what we know works: wear a mask, socially distance, avoid nonessential travel, and get tested. There is now a dashboard with a list of wait times at Health + Hospitals testing sites that is refreshed every two hours. State COVID zone restrictions remain in effect in certain parts of the city. To find out where the zones are, and to see what restrictions apply to each zone, please visit www.nyc.gov/covidzone or call the New York State hotline at 888-364-3065
