Evelyn Brown is an Assisted Living Worker from the Bronx. Due to unsafe working conditions she tested positive for Covid-19 twice. We look to the leadership of the Assembly and @CarlHeastie to take action now to #ProtectNYHeroes like Evelyn Brown.

We urge state leaders to pass a budget that will start to undo Governor Andrew Cuomo's decade of devastating cuts to our communities & #InvestInOurNewYork. We call on the New York Legislature to lead and to begin moving our state towards true economic and racial justice. Everyone, including the Governor of New York, must be held accountable for their actions. It is time to bring the power back to the hands of the people.
