CLIFTON PARK COVID MASK DISTRIBUTION AND FOOD DRIVE Saturday 1/23/2021 AT CLIFTON PARK SENIOR COMMUNITY CENTER The Town of Clifton Park will hold a public mask ...distribution and non-perishable food/personal care item drive for local pantries Saturday January 23rd from 10am-1pm at the Clifton Park Senior Community Center on the Common. The event will be designed as a drive- up opportunity. Clifton Park residents can secure a package of masks and make donations without leaving their car to ensure the safety of everyone involved. The Town purchased a large quantity of protective masks in partnership with the Clifton Park IDA in the early stages of the pandemic. Since the purchase occurred, the Town has held several public mask distributions, made multiple deliveries of masks to senior housing complexes, and provided masks to many small businesses. The Town has also hosted multiple non-perishable food/personal care item drives for local pantries since March of 2020, when the closing of businesses negatively affected many of our neighbors. As the pandemic continues through the winter months, many neighbors continue to experience job loss and income disruption. The Town Board appreciates the incredible outpouring of support from Clifton Park residents during the donation events. We now ask for your support once again on the 23rd.

COUNTY WASTE TO PICK UP CHRISTMAS TREES Pickup will be from January 11 January 15, 2021 County Waste will once again be picking up Christmas Trees in the new... year free of charge for Clifton Park residents. One tree per homeowner. Trees must be removed of all ornamentation including tinsel. Residents are asked to place trees outside by their curb the evening of Sunday, January 10, 2021. County Waste will then make a pass through the neighborhood during the week of January 11-15, 2021. Clifton Park residents who prefer can also take their tree to the Town Transfer Station during normal business hours where they will be recycled. This service is free of charge and does not require a permit. Clifton Park residents simply need to have their id ready to present at the booth.

TOWN HALL HOLIDAY CLOSURE A reminder that Town Hall will be closed beginning at Noon on Thursday, December 24th through Friday, December 25th for the Christmas holiday. It will reopen by appointment only with normal operating hours on Monday, December 28, 2020.
