Important message about changes at CNY Family Care due to COVID-19 We at CNY Family Care have been monitoring the Novel Coronavirus in our community closely and are taking measures to keep our patients and staff safe during this situation. We have implemented measures within our office to minimize the risk to our patient population and community. We continue to remain open during this time. If you are sick, please call the office first before coming to your appointment. W...e are asking that patients only come to their appointments during this pandemic if possible. If you develop symptoms such as fever, cough, and/or difficulty breathing, and have been in close contact with a person known to have COVID-19 or have recently traveled from an area with ongoing spread of COVID-19, stay home and call the office. If you are older, have severe underlying medical conditions, or are immunocompromised, call our office early, even if your illness is mild. Your physician will determine if you have signs and symptoms of COVID-19 and order the testing if needed. Please note that we are experiencing extremely high call volumes. We are trying to answer your calls as quickly as possible. If you do not have an emergent need please call back or utilize the patient portal to communicate with your care team. We understand this is a very stressful time and we are here to take care of your medical needs. We encourage you to take whatever precautions you feel are necessary to protect yourself and your family.
