Cold Spring Fire Company No. 1

At our annual meeting Tuesday Dec 1st, Chief Tom Merrigan and President Matt Steltz presented Thomas Valentine and Stephen Etta with 50 Year Member plaques. During those 50 years both Steve and Tom have been huge assets to the Fire Department and the community. Chief Merrigan then presented the FireFighter of the Year Award to Matthew Woods. Matt has gone above and beyond over the last year for both the Fire Department and the Community.... Congratulations guys and Thank You for all your hard work and hours put in.

YOU'LL BE ABLE TO GREET SANTA AT THE RIVERFRONT BANDSTAND TOMORROW BETWEEN 3:30 AND 4:30 PM *** COME SEE SANTA ON SATURDAY Santa will visit the Village of Cold Spring on Saturday, December 5th*, from 3:30 to 4:30 pm. Bring the children out for a drive-by visit with Santa on Saturday, December 5th, from 3:30-4:30 pm at the Cold Spring Riverfront Bandstand. Visitors should travel around North Street to West Street and around the Bandstand Loop to stop and say hello to Santa and receive a special treat. Little ones are invited to drop their Santa wish lists off in the North Pole Mailbox during their drive-by. Santa’s special elves will respond to those children with Philipstown Zip Codes.
