Yesterday Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Rep. Ilhan Omar made it clear that if Joe Biden is elected President they will insist that he pack the Supreme Court... by increasing the number of Supreme Court Justices from 9 to 15. Reps. Ocasio-Cortez and Omar represent the extreme leftwing of American politics. Ocasio-Cortez is a committed anti-cop socialist. Omar is a radical with a sad history of making hateful anti-Semitic pronouncements. This court packing scheme would increase the number of Justices for the first time in more than 150 years and would be shameful retaliation for Justice Amy Coney Barrett’s lawful appointment to the Supreme Court. Unfortunately for America these two radicals represent the base of the Democratic Party and drive their party’s agenda. Joe Biden is trying to duck the issue by saying he will appoint a commission to help him decide what he should do. Based on what we’ve seen the past two years the Democrats will cave in to the radical left. Despite what the radical left is claiming, in confirming Justice Barrett President Trump and the Senate acted entirely within the Constitution, existing law and Senate rules. It would be entirely irresponsible for Democrats to restructure a separate branch of government for cheap political gain. The last time Court packing was attempted was in 1937 by Franklin Roosevelt and that ended in disastrous political defeat for FDR’s Democrats. Americans should reject the radical left wing agenda of the Democrats. Vote Republican. Vote for President Trump and Andrew Garbarino!
