It's now just under a year that I led a team to sew the Maison Martine Margiela boutique curtains in the West Village. We just wrapped our second in Washington DC at Relish Boutique. Exhausted and happy.

I'm having a great time trying my luck in NYC! One oft biggest challenges and benefits is lack of resources. I did not bring any fabric or nary and thread. But I have a little left over from a recent job. Wondering what kind of Christmas gifts and ornaments to create from them!!! What have you made for Christmas this year???

One time, I was "coerced" to do a wedding with 9 bridesmaids = 2 jr. bridesmaids (not pictured). Every dress special and designed according to the wearers personality (of which I was friends with all of them to varying degrees:). The pregnant bridesmaid had her child so our model is approximating with various stuffings to fill out the dress. I was not a member of the wedding party. This photo shoot was done by the very talented Erika Rachelle Rich and modeled partially by t...he original bridesmaids. Although very nervous to accept the undertaking, I think the whole thing actually turned out ok! I had good help and we sometimes worked around the clock! It was an honor.
