Hi folks! Our new e-commerce website is up and running! We are also broadcasting from the farm at the virtual NY State Sheep and Wool Festival. The sheep cam is a big hit and you can also see a demo of wool sorting this afternoon.

We'll have a special guest at the virtual NYS Sheep and Wool Festival Saturday 10/17 3-4pm and Sunday 10/18 10-11am - Marissa Likar from Stitch Clinic! Marissa Likar is the writer and course creator at the Stitch Clinic blog. She offers practical lessons in knitting and sewing, giving absolute beginners the instruction they need to solve problems and feel more confident in their work while helping intermediate students learn new techniques to challenge themselves. Marissa was featured in The Washington Post and on the Effective Nerd blog, speaking about creativity and of course, yarn! Dashing Star Farm will once again be vending at the NY State Sheep and Wool Festival, but now in our virtual booth Thursday, October 15, from 9am - 7pm (EST); Friday, October 16, from 9am - 9pm (EST); Saturday, October 17, from 9am - 9pm (EST); and Sunday, October 18, from 9am - 8pm (EST).
