Our team is so great, we just need to share! Meet Katie, our social media content creator. Katie is a digital marketing professional with an expertise in content creation and social media marketing and management. She graduated from the University At Buffalo in 2018 with a Bachelor's of Science In Business Administration and two concentrations in Marketing and International Business. She has in-house marketing experience in multi-family property management and biotechnology which has given her a broad range of skills. In her spare time, Katie loves to travel (pre-covid, of course) and work on her designs for her own greeting card business!

Today we're spotlighting our awesome client, Buffalo Roadhouse Grill! So...what's their story? In the early 2000s, Roadhouse Grill was a chain restaurant with over 70 locations across the east coast. In 2008, the entire corporation went bankrupt. At that time, Jeff Lyons was running 10 of those locations (4 in buffalo, 2 in Rochester and 4 in Columbus, Ohio). He had approximately 250 employees, and managers lost their jobs over night. In 2009, Jeff partnered up with two old ...Roadhouse Grill employees and opened Buffalo Roadhouse Grill. He was able to give jobs to over 60 people in Buffalo, hiring the best employees from all 4 closed locations. Their vision was to have the structure of a corporate restaurant with the environment of a locally-owned restaurant. Fast forward to 2019, there is still approximately a dozen employees from the opening of Buffalo Roadhouse Grill that are still involved in the decision making process of the restaurant. One of the team's priorities is having fresh ingredients, homemade food, and utilizing as many local venders as possible! What's your favorite Buffalo Roadhouse Grill menu item?!
