Eight years ago, we started here in NewYork in our Soho sister shop with just 4 employees. And every morning since that first day, we have woken up early, slept late, and pushed for the moment when we open our doors. For our teams here at Dominique Ansel Bakery and Dominique Ansel Kitchen, it's that very first guest that starts our day. And without our team, we would not have been able to be a part of those morning breakfasts, afternoon pick-me-ups, birthdays, weddings, anni...versaries, graduations, and everything in between. As we face the effects that have touched so many of our friends in the industry, the team that we had grown from 4 to over 80 dedicated managers, chefs, cashiers, baristas, and porters in New York are in more need of support than ever. Currently, we are offering take-out and delivery only and keeping as many as we can of our team so they can find a means to help support their families. Please know that 100% of the proceeds from this GoFundMe will go directly to our amazing staff.
