While our focus is still very much on youth employment, we are expanding our recruitment and are looking for two experienced shop employees. Due to the current surge of the pandemic, this year's Cycling Santa Charity Ride will not take place. While the ride will not be happening, the Center for Youth still needs our support! Gift cards and donations for the Center for Youth can still be dropped off at DreamBikes - Rochester between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Saturday, December 5th.

It is a big week for us here at Dream Bikes and we will have modified hours on Wednesday and Saturday. We will be closing at 2 p.m. on Wednesday as we support our good friend Nick as he completes his ride for Women's Suffrage and the Rochester Youth Cycling Club. Dream Bikes Rochester will be closed Friday, July 3rd through Tuesday, July 7th. We wish you all a safe and relaxing July 4th weekend!

July 4th is right around the corner and we want to make sure you are ready to roll for the holiday weekend. Today (6/23) is the last day to drop your bike off for service for a guaranteed completion date before the 4th! We will be closed Friday 7/3 through Tuesday 7/7.

Store Update: As businesses start to reopen, we have updated our store policies to ensure a safe and convenient experience for all of our customers. We are still practicing social distancing policies and routine sanitization, but are expanding our operations slightly. We are now offering in-store browsing of our inventory by appointment. Please call us at (585) 563-7257 to set up a time to stop by to check out our current selection of used bikes. We are offering bicycle repa...ir services on a first-come, first-serve basis; we are working on a 48-72 hour turn-around time on repair jobs and can provide exact price quotes at the time of drop-off. We are still adhering to a one customer (or family) in the store at a time policy, so please be sure to schedule an appointment before stopping by for anything other than repair drop-offs. Our current hours of operation are Tuesday through Friday from noon until 4 p.m., and Saturday from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. Thank you to all of our customers and supporters as we continue to make the best out of a difficult situation!

We are still here for service by appointment and phone/digital sales. While we can't allow browsing of our showroom, we can still set you up with your very own Dream Bike! We are here Tuesday through Friday from noon until 4 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. Don't let those legs sit idle, get out for a responsible, socially distant solo ride, and don't forget we are still here to keep your bike rolling smooth!

Under the State Lockdown orders, bike shops have been deemed an essential service. We will be offering limited services and operating on limited hours for the time being. We will be "open" from noon until 4 p.m. Tuesday through Friday. We will be limiting the number of customers inside the store at one time, and recommend calling ahead at 585-563-7257 to avoid having to wait and to ensure that we have the capacity to serve your needs. We will continue to monitor the current situation and will modify our hours or services offered as necessary. It comes with heavy-hearts that we have made the decision to temporarily suspend operations at the bike shop. We tried our best to hold out as long as we could, but we have reached the point where we are unable to keep the shop open for normal business. Dream Bikes Rochester will be closed through Wednesday, April 1st. We will continue to monitor the situation and are hopeful that we can be back to business as usual just in time for the spring weather to hit.
