Feeling good that I was able to help this pt! During FEES pt consistently appeared to aspirate during the swallow as noted by no obvious pre or post swallow aspiration but green/blue bolus material being expelled with a cough from the trachea after each and every swallow of all consistencies tested. I suspected tracheo-esophageal fistula due to this presentation and recommended MBS. Will try to post video a bit later. #FEESfriday
