The bar team is constantly drawing inspiration from the season's best produce, incorporating the same level of seasonality as our chefs in the kitchen as they develop new dishes. Over the years, we’ve worked with @inpursuitoftea so that our tea collection is always reflective of the best of the harvest. Guests can experience table-side service via a traditional Chinese preparation known as gongfu cha, which incorporates a lidded cup called a gaiwan and a slatted wooden tray time catch the excess water. With this special preparation, you can watch the leaves open up and get the best of the flavors. #ElevenMadisonPark #MakeItNice

We love finding ways to highlight the season’s best ingredients outside the kitchen. On our cocktail menu, you can find a variety of flavors: from mushrooms, to beets, and even foie gras.
