Over the years, we’ve worked with @inpursuitoftea so that our tea collection is always reflective of the best of the harvest. Guests can experience table-side service via a traditional Chinese preparation known as gongfu cha, which incorporates a lidded cup called a gaiwan and a slatted wooden tray time catch the excess water. With this special preparation, you can watch the leaves open up and get the best of the flavors. #ElevenMadisonPark #MakeItNice

We love finding ways to highlight the season’s best ingredients outside the kitchen. On our cocktail menu, you can find a variety of flavors: from mushrooms, to beets, and even foie gras.
