People @ ESL: Get to know Jane Wagorn, Branch Manager, ESL Geneseo Office Jane started her ESL career in Geneseo in 2012 as a Senior Teller and quickly worked her way up to her current role as Branch Manager. I am grateful to still be working in the same location for the last eight years as we continue to expand our focus in and around the surrounding community. When asked what Jane enjoys most about banking, she answered: I enjoy the opportunity to engage with our member... base both at the branch and externally. I love immersing into the community and finding areas that not only myself but the Geneseo team can support. Of ESL’s five Core Values, Jane holds Teamwork as her favorite. I truly enjoy and appreciate working for an organization that places a strong emphasis on Teamwork. We focus on caring about each other and finding solutions together. Today, he holds nearly 13 years of banking experience. Eddie is well known for his positive spirit, and ensuring the customers of the Canandaigua Office receive a superior experience. Eddie enjoys working in banking because he has the opportunity to meet and connect with s...o many different people in the community. Everyone has a different story and I can listen in and work with them to find an impactful solution to meet their needs. When asked what ESL Core Value is most important he answered, Integrity is so important to me as we are working with people’s finances which requires tremendous trust. I always do what is best for my members and know that ESL backs that mentality 100%. What you may not know about Eddie, is he and his wife have identical twin one-year old girls.
