We are nearing the end of the 2020 harvest. This was our best year yet! We were able to pamper the plants this year and it paid off! These are some of our Centennial hops that were harvested last week.
Finger Lakes Hop Farm is located on Donovan Road in Throop, NY. Our first season was 2017. The varieties we planted were Liberty, Newport, Willamette and Centennial. Our first year harvest is done. We would like to thank Crafty Ales and Lagers in Phelps NY for taking our harvest. We are installing 20 more poles this fall and 300 more plants next spring to double our size. A big thank you to Chris Molloy for his photo skills!
