Live raffle drawing starting at 7:00PM

Tomorrow, Saturday 12/19 Santa will be visiting the Village of Fishkill on our fire trucks ! He will be going through our local plazas: Shop Rite plaza around 12:15 CVS plaza around 2:20 The Jefferson at Merritt Park around 2:50... Ransley Square around 3:00 In between these times, Santa will be visiting families throughout the village. Look for the lights and listen for the music, Santa is coming to town!!

This morning at 4:30am, Village of Fishkill, Rombout and East Fishkill Fire Departments were dispatched to a reported structure fire on Virginia Avenue. Fire damage was held to the second floor of the home while the first floor suffered some water damage. All occupants exited the home safely before the fire departments arrival. The fire is being investigated by the Dutchess County Fire Investigation Division. Thank you to the mutual aid departments and Mobile Life Support.

Protection Engine Company and the Fishkill Fire Dept are saddened to announce the passing of 70 year Life Member Hugh J Maurer. A grave side service will be held under COVID guidelines on Saturday, Oct. 3, 1:00pm at Fishkill Rural Cemetery. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Maurer family.

Today at 11:24am, the Fishkill Fire Department, Rombout Fire Department, East Fishkill Fire Department, City of Beacon Fire Department and Mobile Life were dispatched to smoke coming from the second floor of an apartment building in the Jefferson at Merritt Park. Arriving units found heavy fire in the second floor, attic space and through the roof. A second alarm was called that brought in more units from Rombout and East fishkill, Wappingers, New Hamburg, Hughsonville, and t...he Fire investigation unit. A special thanks to the East Fishkill Fire District support group and the mobile life SORT for bringing refreshment to the members working the Fire. Units cleared just over 7 hours into operation. Fire is under investigation by the Dutchess County Fire Investigation Team. We would like to thank all the mutual aid fire departments for their assistance. See more
