HAPPY THANKSGIVING! How about that Covid huh? This is where I normally list the Black Friday Sales. Sales on consoles, new games, and used. Well...How about that Covid huh? Thanks to the shut down rekindling interest in video games in a huge way, the usual practice of people trading things en masse during the Summer didn’t happen. So...There aren’t any consoles to put on sale. No Gamecubes. No Nintendo 64s. No Wiis. Heck, I don’t even have an original Playstation! I do have O...ne Whole PS2 though! Some other systems too. But nothing that ends in 5 or has the word Series in it, for sure. New game sales? Never been a big draw here. I put them on sale to compete with The Big Guys, but rarely does anyone buy them (since they already did so from The Big Guys). So I don’t see the point this year. That leaves used games. This year’s big Black Friday sale is buy one, get one half off for used games. It’s kind of lame, but it’s 2020. Lame is the definite theme for the year. Hope to see y’all over the next few days, for both Black Friday and Small Business Saturday. Just wear a mask and keep your distance. How about that Covid...yeah.
