***SUMMER CAMP REGISTRATION OPENS TONIGHT AT 8:00pm*** To register online, please go to the Gavin Park website and select the tab labeled "Online Registration" on the left side of the screen (shown below). This will bring you to our activities page. From there you will search for the term "summer camp" and be able to enroll your child(ren) to summer camp. Please register for our wait-list if you are unable to get in right away. We anticipate opening more spots in the coming days/weeks and will be selecting from the wait-lists.

At this time, summer camp enrollment will be capped at 125 campers. Registration for summer camp begins on Monday, March 29th at 8:00pm. We currently do not have enough staff to safely monitor 175 campers. We will be collecting applications and conducting interviews in the coming weeks, so we anticipate being able to open additional spots for camp. If you are unable to register into one of the initial 125 spots, please register for the wait-list in the event that we do open more spots. Thank you for your understanding. Tomorrow afternoon (Friday, November 13 at 4:00pm), Gavin Park will be unveiling a new message board and memorial plate. This message board was donated to the Park by the Friends of Wilton Recreation. The funds for the message board were raised through donations made in memory of Braden Kressner. Braden had been a part of the Gavin Park family for most of his life. He attended the Summer Camp Program as a child. When he became old enough, he worked the concession stand at Jr.... NBA, at Birthday Parties, in the Breakers Club Program, at Parkfest, in the After School Program, and in our Summer Camp Program. Braden passed away this past March at the age of 22. Braden’s love and devotion to Gavin Park and our community was unparalleled. He has been greatly missed. The unveiling of this message board and memorial plate will take place on Friday, November 13th at 4:00pm. Masks and social distancing are required.

Pickleball is a racquet sport that combines elements of badminton, tennis, and table tennis. Two or four players use solid paddles made of wood or composite materials to hit a perforated polymer ball, like a whiffle ball, over a net. The sport shares features of other racquet sports: the dimensions and layout of a badminton court, and a net and rules like tennis, with a few modifications.
