This wintery landscape at Hand Hollow was mostly quiet as the snow dripped off the trees, but I had a flyover Evening Grosbeak, Pine Siskins, and close looks at adult Cedar Waxwings (one with an orange tail tip). #columbialandconservancy

You may spot a crazy looking machine in the lake at Hand Hollow this week! Don't worry, it's our Public Conservation Area team hard at work removing invasive water chestnuts! This will starting tomorrow!
