Hey Hank's fans! Been thinking about all of you lately and really hoping that you're safe and healthy. I can't tell you enough how much we miss all of you since we've been closed. It's times like this especially that we miss our bar family. A bunch of you have reached out to me directly about our ex bartenders/staff and how they're doing and if there was a way to help them out. A lot of them are still bartending/engineering/booking at other places that have since closed d...ue to the Pandemic, but most of them aren't eligible for unemployment. Was saddened to walk by the OG Hanks last week and see that someone had disrespected our flames and logo. We decided it needed to be painted over, and when we went back this weekend I found someone had already done what we planned to do AND restored our name. Even though the flames are sadly gone, the love for Hanks still lives on. Thank you Hanks Vigilante whoever you may be! You made my entire weekend xoxo

"On June 11th the spirit of our sweet Taylor Blue was taken from this world. His passing was a devastating shock to family and friends and all who knew him. He was only 28, too young and full of life for this to happen. We are raising funds to help his family pay for the multiple costs of this unexpected loss. His mother Carol and stepfather Michael had to fly to New York to bring him back home to San Francisco. Please help us alleviate the stress of financial burden that always comes at this heart breaking time. In lieu of flowers and gifts, please consider giving a monetary donation. Only two nights left for us... Tonight Danny 2Times will be spinning records (and we'll also celebrate the life of our beloved Taylor Winsted, who left this world on Monday). Kicks off at 8pm. No cover.

I am terribly saddened to let you all know that our bartender and good friend Taylor Winsted passed away yesterday morning very unexpectedly. You would know Taylor from working days and some nights during the week as well as for his Mets cap that rarely made it off his head unless he was showing off a new haircut. He was Jeannie's sidekick on Tuesday evenings and always had a smile and a conversation for everyone that walked in. I am completely saddened and in shock and I c...an't even imagine what his parents are going through. He was way too young to be taken from us all. His friends Dylan and Daniel will be spinning some sounds tomorrow (Thursday) at Hank's starting at 8pm if you wish to stop by and celebrate his life. RIP Taylor. Love you so much. xoxo
