Are you new to Yoga has is been a long while since you’ve gotten on the mat do you want to move a bit slower would you like to a little more time getting in and out of postures do you want to see a few more child’s poses in your practice, then this is the class offering for you. WHAT TO EXPECT.. Breaking down and building of each asana/posture. Using props in the posture. You will be exploring modifications and variations of each posture to meet you where you are. You will explore the importance of self-care and mindfulness. Each class will begin with grounding, a gentle and mindful warmup, working our way up to standing, balancing and back down to the mat for a sweet Savasana.
