It's beginning to look a lot like St. Patrick's Day in Hanover Square. Students painted store windows ahead of the annual Horseheads St. Patrick's Parade on March 14th.
The yearly shamrock has been painted in Hanover Square for the annual Horseheads St. Patrick's Parade. Volunteers say it's all about making the community smile!
Signs up and down Grand Central Ave because this Horseheads St. Patrick's Parade will be the best one yet!! And the weather looks greaaaat for this Saturday!!
