Made Mozzarella today! Stop in and see our cheese making process in person, and pick up some of our delicious dairy products at Argyle Cheese Farmer on Burgoyne Avenue in Hudson Falls. It doesn’t get much fresher!

Water conservation is so important on our dairy farm, just as it is to the farmers interviewed in this video! We have intentionally set up our system so we get the most out of every gallon!

UPDATE: Kitty has been returned to her family. Her name was Chevy! Apparently she had been missing for 3 months. She was still quite nervous, but very glad to be cuddled again! What a journey she must have had over the last few months! FOUND. SIAMESE-LOOKING KITTY. This little one came into our life yesterday. Rob found it in the filter room at the farm, half scared to death. Mom has it in her office so kitty is now warm and has a full belly, but is still very nervous and eager to return home. Has anyone seen this kitty before, or know who it might belong to? We are on Vaughn Rd in Hudson Falls. If anyone has any information about this sweet kitty, please let us know! Thanks!!
