Need an On-Ramp Back to Yoga Classes? It's been a long year, and many of us have gotten off track with our self care routines. Let's rewind to a year or so ago. You used to go to Yoga class every week. It felt good to stretch your body, and you loved the community. ... During COVID, you stopped coming to in-person Yoga classes, and it never worked out for you to try the online options. But now the COVID numbers in our area are down, and you've been vaccinated. It's time to come back, but honestly, you feel a bit stiffer than usual, and you're dealing with some aches and pains, too. You're not sure if you can do your regular Yoga class. Well, we thought of you when we decided to offer the Beginner's Yoga 6-week series. It's not just for beginners. Think of it as an on-ramp back to your Yoga classes. It's a way to come back in and get re-acquainted with Yoga... a way to ease back into your self-care routine. Our next Beginner's Yoga 6-week series begins on Monday 3/29 at 6 pm. It's all in-person, and we have every precaution in place for your safety. Masks are required, and we'll even show you a few tricks to wearing a mask in class so you'll forget you have one on. Pre-registration is required, so if you want to take the scenic route back to your Yoga classes, sign up right away for our Beginner's Yoga 6-week series.
