Are you trying to learn how to French braid? It can be much easier to practice on a friend or your wig first. Remember to keep the hair at the base of the wig tight, you can always loosen it later.

When washing a wig, it is important to detangle it when the hair is dry. Then wash it with a very tiny amount of shampoo. Always rinse the wig with lukewarm water and let dry.
