Introducing this month's special: Five Rings Kanikama (crabstick), asparagus & cream cheese topped with spicy tuna, scallions, sesame oil, eel sauce & tempura flakes. It's inspired by the traditional "futomaki" sushi style, which literally translates to "thick roll". They are known for their large size and careful balance of many ingredients.... As with most sushi, each piece is designed to be eaten in a single bite. However, futomaki is sometimes too large to consume all at once, so don't fret if it takes a couple bites to finish. We make our Beef Tataki with thinly-sliced sirloin, served with wakame seaweed, onions, and ponzu sauce. So, which one has got your vote?

Great news! We will open for in-house dining starting tomorrow Tuesday, the 20th. We are fortunate to still be able to host tables up to 10 people for your special celebrations, and we are committed to making sure it stays that way. Our health and safety practices are constantly evolving and we have been in close communication with the Health Department for additional guidance. Together with our team, we feel confident that between an industrial ventilation system above ever...y hibachi table and additional safety measures, the restaurant is a safe place for everyone. Reservations are recommended due to our limited capacity and take out will continue as normal. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Closing the restaurant is no fun. But when our very first curbside visitor comes with a truckload of comically large pumpkins...we think that has to be a good omen These pumpkins were seriously enormous, with the biggest one weighing in at a whopping 1,450 pounds. After much consideration, we have made the difficult decision to close our in-house dining from Sunday, October 4th until further notice. We will remain open for curbside take-out only. The Health Department had no part in this decision. As a family, we have chosen to be proactive and do this in the best interest of our staff, our guests, and our community. Our team has done an exceptional job following safety procedures. However, we feel that this is the right decision to h...elp reduce everyone’s chances of exposure in light of the rising cases in Broome County. We will remain open every day for curbside take-out from 4:30 - 8:30pm. Our full menu will be available. As before, we highly recommend pre-ordering. If you call before our opening hours, leave us a voice message with your name and number and we will get back to you shortly. This is our plan as of today. October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month All month we are donating a portion of every Pink Ribbon Roll to Traci's Hope,a local charity thatoffers financial aid to people going through breast cancer. Traci’s Hope was founded by Traci Gibson, a local woman who had breast cancer and wanted to help others with the same disease. All of the love and support she received from the community during her fight inspired her to create this fund, which is still going strong today after her passing. All funds go directly to the people that need it and help with many different services that insurance companies do not cover. The Pink Ribbon Roll is shrimp tempura with pickled daikon and carrot, topped with spicy blue crab and habanero masago, wrapped in pink soy paper.
