Thanks to everyone who lent a hand in moving including Josh, Alynn, Owen, Jack, Rob and, most importantly, Darlene who has sacrificed her body on this project. I was shocked, shocked I tell you, by how much stuff I had accumulated over the last 7 years so it took me a while to sort through. ... In the meantime, I sold and set up a 7-footer (Upstairs! Thanks, Andrew) and I've been listing some of my remaining accessories in my online shop here on facebook. You may notice the new "shop now" button. I am continuing the King Smiley tradition of excellence in pool by offering new and used pool gear at affordable prices. I still have more to list so check it out. Well folks, it's done. The room has been emptied and the last thing to go was tha poor plant that has graced the front entrance for the last 7 years. I'm surprised it's still alive. I'm excited about the next phase but it was still a little tough saying goodbye.... Now I have to figure out what to do with all that stuff. I'll be posting more soon so stay tuned! In the words of the great Jim Morrison, "when the music's over, turn out the lights".

What an amazing day! I am so lucky to have found such an incredible and supportive group of customers and friends at King Smiley Billiards. The past 7 plus years have been filled with memories I will cherish for years to come. On this final day at KSB, I am humbled and extremely grateful. Our last day at King Smiley Billiards is Saturday, April 20th. I expect a lot of our customers, past and present, will stop by for one last hurrah and I hope you will too. The closing of KSB is going to leave a big gap in the pool-playing community and that means opportunity! There are no pool rooms in the Saratoga/Glens Falls/Queensbury area but there are a large number of players looking for a place to play. ... We have players who travel from Vermont, Lake George, Saratoga, Corinth and Plattsburgh just to play on full-sized tables. So, here's the deal...
