Dear Parents, Grandparents, and Volunteers: Lockport Alliance Church is happy to announce that we are reopening SUNDAY MORNING Children's Ministry on September 13, 2020! With COVID19 still a threat to us, much thought and prayer has gone into trying to make our classrooms as safe as possible for the kids. We have reviewed the reopening guidelines for several schools, churches and day camps, and many are using plans similar to LAC's, so we hope this will be an easy adjustmen...t for our children. We will continue to do our best to make learning about Jesus fun, even with all the social distancing guidelines that need to be in place. We are aware that many of us have different views and concerns about all those things. Our approach has been to keep in mind the responsibility we have to keep our volunteers, children, and their families safe as this pandemic continues. Please know that loving and caring for our children is the most important thing to us! Before we can open LAC Children's Ministry, we need to collect some important information from you to help us with this process. If you have not done so already, please see below the complete copy of LAC Children's Ministry Safety Reopen Plan - Phase 2. Please review this SUNDAY MORNING Reopen Plan before you complete and SUBMIT the SURVEY by MONDAY, AUGUST 17. See one link for PARENTS (which includes volunteer questions) and one for VOLUNTEERS (who do not have children in Children's Ministry): PARENT SURVEY LINK: https://forms.gle/k3SkEbn3K9EuArga9 VOLUNTEER SURVEY LINK: https://forms.gle/TZv9CU3TEziLSCX6A We know each family has their own particular needs and concerns, and we continue to pray for you and your children as you consider these changes. We covet your prayers for us as well. Please let me know if you need any additional clarification or if you have any additional questions. Thank you for taking the time to help us! In Christ's love, Michelle Gendrue Children's Ministry Coordinator Lockport Alliance Church
