LaCroix Court Apartments

LaCroix Court is running a resident food drive and raffle from Monday, April 12th through Monday, May 10th! In support of The Community Food Cupboard of Rochester, who were recently impacted by a fire that destroyed many of their supplies, our leasing office will be collecting donations to help them recover from this loss and continue their mission of serving food-insecure families of northeast Rochester and Irondequoit. They are currently accepting any nonperishable food and... household items as long as they are not expired, but are in special need of personal products, cleaning products, and paper products. For every three items donated, residents will be entered into a raffle for a new Hamilton Beach Panini Press and Indoor Grill! The winner will be drawn on Tuesday, May 11th. Please help us support a great cause and bring any donations to the leasing office during normal business hours. Call 585-342-0050 ahead to ensure someone is in the office to take your donation or we can also arrange an at-home pickup. We truly appreciate your support!

New central A/C units are being installed at LaCroix Court! These 1 ton, 12,000 BTU/h units will provide powerful and reliable cool air in residents’ homes throughout the warmer summer months. Maintenance teams will be working to replace ALL of the central A/C units at LaCroix Court over the next few years.
