Pulling out all of the stops - literally and figuratively - for this Long Island school district’s #armouredone #securitywindowfilm project. This work may seem easy hey it’s just like putting a screen protector on, right?. In reality there is a tremendous amount of coordination, planning, measuring, pre-cutting, staging that goes into successful execution - especially we are talking about school security. When working with school security and doors, it is literally impossible to be too detail-oriented. How is the glass? What type of framing / stops? How much real estate do we have to work with (reinforced structural caulking). A longer post for another day .
