A Turin man, allegedly intoxicated and with a loaded weapon, was found by Lewis County sheriff's deputies behind a convenience store where had been arguing with an employee last week.

Lewis County officials have begun a series of facilitated meetings to discuss improvements that can be made to the way the county sheriff's office does business.
