Lana is a certified integrated health and nutrition coach, licensed mental health therapist and a certified fitness instructor. She is also the owner of Lana Shapiro - Holistic Health and Wellness. She will be focusing on mindful eating & healthy practices. Lizzie is a certified teacher, counselor and behavior specialist. She is also the owner... of Lizzie's Little Yogis and Business Professor at Erie Community College. Her focus will be on mindful parenting & positive parenting practices.
