PREPARING TO REOPEN ON MAY 18 To Our Valued Clients, Based on the recent updates from the state of NY, we anticipate reopening our doors on Monday May 18. As of that date, we will resume regularly scheduled cleanings.... Since everyone’s situation will be different, we will be reaching out to you several days before your scheduled clean to confirm the date and time of your service. We do want to touch base with all clients prior to sending out our PROs, so please be sure to respond to our call. To ensure the continued safety of our clients and PROs, we will be practicing a Contactless Clean process. This process lays out the key safety protocols we will be following throughout your service, including maintaining social distancing while cleaning. We ask that clients skip service if anyone in their home is ill, has been exposed, or has shown any symptoms of Covid-19. Thank you for helping us take care of each other.
