The custom-designed lobby wall of 43TEN, part of a Class A office building repositioning project under construction in Long Island City (LIC), will be a work of art. Challenged to create an installation that is both visually impactful and cost efficient, we're honoring the building's industrial past while looking to the future with a linear abstract Hyper-Map of LIC. The raised pattern resembles the surrounding streetscapes and rail yards, and many of the bricks light up to... create a prismatic effect.
