New grading system....

Really happy to be working with Elk Creek Maple! They have a 40 plate, 20x20 sheet filter that we test ran the other day and it produces beautiful, clear syrup. Hoping they can do a major production run later this week.

Sunday Sugarhouse Sunrise. Yeah, we tried but everything was frozen solid. After a few fruitless hours with the heat gun we decided to wait for warmer weather. Maybe later this week? Hopefully?
