Show us your fur babies!! Our pets are the unsung heroes of the last year. We all know how much Allison loves her fur babies! (Like LOVES her fur babies.) At my house, we got a Covid dog! We never would have gotten a dog if everyone wasn’t home for an extended period of time. Now, he’s my sidekick and I can’t imagine my days without him. This is my poodle, Blue. Share your pics with us of your own babies and what they’ve meant to you over the last year!

We still have a month before our first book club discussion! It’s a short read. I have it on my Nook and it’s only 125 pages. There’s still plenty of time to get a copy or download audio. Let us know if you have your copy! #unitybookclub

Thank you to everyone who participated in the first round of our fundraiser. Featured here is one of our Yogini’s Amy Wilmshurst. Last night in Tween class I gave out some homework for this coming week. We all chose something small that we want to have a bigger appreciation for. The example I gave is a glass of water. We take that for granted that it’s just always available and we don’t always appreciate what it does for our bodies and where it really comes from. This is an example of adding more mindfulness into our lives. Also a big shout out to Emme! She is one of our Tween students that joins us via Zoom. She’s working on her shoulder stand here! We love having her and can’t wait for her to be able to join us in the studio. #tweenyoga #massenayogastudio

Tonight in Tween class we read an excerpt from Abby Wambach’s latest version of her book Wolfpack. Young people- maybe you, like the wolves of Yellowstone- are dismissed and underestimated.
