Master Gorino's Tae Kwon-Do

Tournament Update: SBN Brandi Sharratt was also amazing at the last tournament. She placed 2nd in patterns in the Masters division. Also she was going to fight for 1st place but showed true martial art spirit when she bowed out to her senior fellow student, showing ultimate respect for our art and Dojang. Class act!

13 year old Miss Alexia Grimaldi represented us in last weekend's travel tournament in true Pil-Sung form. She was in a huge division and placed 2nd in patterns, 1st in sparring and missed Grand Champion by 1/10 of a point against an well seasoned adult 6th Degree Black Belt competitor. She shows true martial art spirit everyday.

Last night, 9 people tested for and achieved Black Belt or higher levels of Black Delt. Notably, Mr. Bob Mondello tested for and was awarded the rank of 4th Dan. I am proud of them all, as they did a fantastic job. I hope they enjoy their victory and look forward to the awesome, hard work ahead. Pil-Sung!
