SQUATS edition Janet says Squatting involves multiple muscle groups and joints while also strengthening the smaller stabilizer muscles and ligaments at the same time. Squats will improve mobility, posture, and create stronger joints that develop your strength and power. And it’s not just the lower body that benefits from the squat, the move works your core too! And doing sets of squats gets your heart pumping, helping you t...o burn calories and to improve your cardiovascular fitness. -Begin by standing with your feet hip width apart. -Hold your arms out in front of you -Brace your core and lower until your thighs are parallel to the ground -Imagine you’re sitting back into an invisible chair -You want your toes forward and knees over ankles not past the toes -When you stand back up, focus on pushing your knees out to sides to activate more stabilizing muscles to keep your body stable for more power output. **At the end of the day, SQUATTING regularly will do nothing but good for your rear view**
