The Women’s National D-League will be hosting a Sports Networking Event this time with the theme of " CREATING SPORTS OPPORTUNITIES ." What do we do? When you think New York, you think Sports Business The Women’s National D-League is offering the rare opportunity to bring together sports business minded professionals to meet/greet and bring together, the sharpest strategic and creative minds in sports. We launched a series of networking events in Yonkers ,New York, discuss...ing new ideas and current events in the sports business. The event cover a wide range of topics, including ticket sales, marketing, social media, corporate sponsorships, fan loyalty, brand management, sports media, finance and more. The goal is to provide a valuable network resource for sports interns, job seekers, and networking recruiters so that other sports business minded professionals can learn from and contribute to. If you would like to discuss sponsorship arrangements, please get in contact. Tickets are $12 each, Join us for a night of networking with industry peers that live and work in the New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, area. All Sports backgrounds are welcome. WOMEN’S NATIONAL D-LEAGUE BASKETBALL TRYOUTS CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULE New York, NY (August 23, 2018) The Women’s National D-League basketball tryouts has been cancelled and will be rescheduled. The WNDL basketball tryouts on August 26th at St. Mary’s Recreational Center, located at 450 St. Ann’s Avenue, have been cancelled due to unplayable conditions of the gym, and will be Reschedule with new location for later date and time TBD.... Players who have already register will not have to register again when they are informed of the new location and date. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. The WNDL is the official Women’s D-League, preparing players, coaches, officials, trainers, and front-office staff for the WNDL while acting as the league’s research and development laboratory. Featuring teams all with one-to-one affiliations with WNDL franchises. The league offers elite women’s professional basketball at an affordable price in a fun, family-friendly atmosphere.
