Notice that the Newport Town Board will conduct a Public Hearing on Monday, January 25, 2021 at 7pm at the Newport Town Hall, 2788 Newport Road, Newport, NY 13416 to consider the following application: Application from David Kermizian filed with the Town on July 1, 2020 to operate a Restaurant/Wedding Venue at his proposed site on 5675 RT 28,Tax ID 094.3-2-8.8 in the Town of Newport. Applicant would like the Town Board to consider changing his Property to a Planned Business ...District. The Newport Town Board will consider public response and the impact the zoning change will have on the Town. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, the meeting will be closed to in-person attendance but will be broadcast live on facebook. The web address is www.facebook.com/newporta1/live.
