So a client called me with a urgent deal.. said his basement was leaking. Had to pull the front steps. Look at what we found. Full of water! Pumping it out, had the concrete steps sitting on 4 pieces of wood over the hole. Sealing up the wall and back filling. What a crazy deal. Before and after job in Scotia. Ripped out this back yard for a clean slate. Home owner and family are very pleased. Once the weather gets better we will be back to do some planting flowers, arborvitaes and hydro seeding over the lawn. (Waiting on the bearing for the hydroseeder) had to go the old fashion way for seeding for now. Concrete almost everyday in the month of May! Stay tuned!

Just finished up Joe Marro and Courtney Marro project. No way were we going to not finish this job tonight and have to come back with the weather being the way it is lately. New front deck, over hang, new front lawn from the roll off company that the other contractor used, mulch beds. Flowers will be installed once the weather gets warmer.
