A great surprised dinner arranged by a customer for his lovely wife’s birthday at a friend’s house last Saturday night. And the birthday girl turned out to be one of our very familiar faces. Well sounds like Long Island is not that big after all Great things about catering event is that we get new customer who’s somehow know our other customers .. what a small world. It was a lovely night to have the opportunity to cook up good food for the birthday girl and her friends. Al...ways excited to cater because we get to know different people and this host house was out of the world their kitchen was a dream kitchen and the host themselves are great chefs and we get to talk about ingredients, cooking method and all sort of food related things. This is what kept Nisen Catering going strong because we love what we do. We did a sushi station, some passing hors d’oeuvres and a mini bar for them and we are glad they loved it.
