Another wet week allowed conditions to improve across the Northeast. http://www.nrcc.cornell.edu/regional/drought/drought.html
Abundant precipitation allowed moderate drought to ease in portions of southern New Hampshire, southern and western Vermont, and western New York and abnormal dryness to ease in portions of northern Maine, eastern Massachusetts, northern Rhode Island, and northern West Virginia. However, below-normal precipitation led to the introduction of abnormal dryness in eastern Pennsylvania, northwestern New Jersey and southeast New York. http://www.nrcc.cornell.edu/regional/drought/drought.html
